Wisteria (Wisteria frutescens)

We don't cut domestic wisteria. It is rare along the parkway. This beautiful example used to grow on the westbound side of the Scarsdale train station but was cleared to build a lovely rustic bridge. The only other example we know of is being cleare to build a huge, modern bridge in Scarsdale. We regret its loss. At least we have the picture.
